Dance for Health is an energetic process between dance and bodily function on the basis of the five-element principle of Chinese medicine combined with various techniques such as breathing, kinaesthesia, improvised dance and stretching.
Dance for Health analyses the flow of energy and its blockages (physical, energetic or emotionally based) which prevent its natural flow and can cause pain and illnesses. It offers tools to overcome these blockages. Similar to many other dance trends Dance for Health leads us deep into our consciousness where we can re-discover the joys of living.
