It’s time to dance together again: The great dance festival ExtraDanza is entering its second year!
Following a magnificent first edition, the Talferwiesen/Prati del Talvera will once again become a vibrant meeting point for diverse communities: workshop participants, local associations, cultural creators, families, and dance enthusiasts of all ages will come together here.
A diverse program featuring a wide range of dance styles and forms of expression awaits the audience on three open-air stages. Part of the program will be developed during the workshops, while additional performances will be selected through an Open Call.
The event will conclude with a high-energy performance by the DanceWorks "Pop Repertory" course, followed by a DJ set that carries the day’s vibrant energy forward and invites everyone to move and celebrate together.

This year, Bolzano Danza once again invites dance schools, amateur groups, local associations, and artists from Trentino-South Tyrol to become part of the program. From hip-hop to ballet, Bollywood-inspired dance to jazz, and Latin rhythms to traditional forms—EXTRADANZA thrives on diversity and openness.
How to participate
Individuals or groups of up to ten people can submit a project with a maximum duration of 20 minutes. Please send us a short video introducing your contribution and the planned performance.
